The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit reinstated the nationwide preliminary injunction on the enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act (“CTA”) on December 26, 2024. The BOI reporting requirements are now on indefinite hold while the court considers the lawsuit challenging the CTA’s constitutionality.  

There is uncertainty about when, and if, the BOI reporting requirements will be reinstated. We will keep you updated on any developments.
