Meet Our Talent Development Manager

Julie Brodell-Martin

Julie is our Talent Development Manager and oversees the college and experienced hire recruiting for the firm. She also is active on our Women’s Leadership Initiative and oversees the Leadership Development Program, along with other employee engagement and retention activities. She joined us in 2007, and is a key player in building relationships with students and faculty on campus, and raising awareness about the benefits of a regional firm. Julie is passionate about making sure candidates find the right fit. She particularly enjoys supporting our interns and new hires as they learn and grow in their careers here.
