Geffen Mesher may collect mobile telephone numbers from individuals who have an existing professional engagements with the firm in order to communicate with them about the services we are providing. Mobile numbers are collected directly from Clients (for example, through engagement intake forms, our secure client portal, or in the course of communicating with your Geffen Mesher service team) and only with the Client’s consent to receive text messages.

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in consent, and the contents of SMS communications are used solely to support our communications with Clients about their engagement with the firm. Geffen Mesher does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent information with third parties for those parties’ marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. Mobile numbers and SMS content may be disclosed to trusted service providers and telecommunications carriers solely as necessary to deliver our SMS service, and to other parties where disclosure is required by law.
