Background
Bryce Baker joined the firm in 2011 after earning his Masters in Accounting from the University of Oregon. He worked on audit and tax projects for the first two years at Geffen Mesher, which gave him a balanced perspective on the two disciplines, before ultimately choosing to solely focus on tax. Bryce has built his expertise working on clients in the construction, manufacturing, and dealer services industries. His experience includes consulting related to long-term contract accounting, accounting method changes, M&A transaction work, and selection of business entity type. Bryce has also presented to various groups on the impacts and changes of the 2017 Tax Cuts & Jobs Act. He enjoys working directly with the clients’ management teams, building their trust and confidence in his ability to evaluate options, and finding solutions to their pressing issues.
