Jason joined Geffen Mesher in 2011 after a year of experience at a small local firm. He primarily provides tax services to clients in the manufacturing, distribution, and technology industries. He has a particular focus working with start-up and emerging businesses. His primary specialties include tax compliance for partnership entities with a significant number of partners, research and development incentives, inventory taxation, and multi-state apportionment and allocation.
Jason’s favorite aspect of his work is finding opportunities to add value to our clients. By developing long-term relationships and staying engaged with each client, he is able to understand their goals and what their needs are. He enjoys finding these opportunities because he knows our clients value them, whether it is a strategy to accelerate tax savings or defer tax costs, capitalize on particular incentives or credits, or just providing proactive services that give our clients the time to plan.
