Background

Justin joined Geffen Mesher as an assurance staff in 2018 after earning his B.S. in accounting from the University of Oregon. During 2019 and 2020, Justin assisted the Transaction Advisory Services (“TAS”) department with several projects which caused him develop a passion for transaction advisory and to transition to the TAS department as its first full-time staff in late 2020. In his role within the TAS department, Justin advises clients through mergers and transactions by providing quality of earnings services and working capital analysis for transactions in the lower middle-market.

When not in the office, Justin enjoys hiking and is involved with his local church.
