Background
Justin Worthy began his career with Geffen Mesher in 2018, joining as an assurance staff after earning his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Oregon. In 2020, Justin made the transition to Geffen Mesher’s Transaction Advisory Services (“TAS”) department, becoming the first full-time staff member dedicated to this growing service line. As a key advisor within TAS, Justin specializes in mergers and acquisitions, offering expertise in quality of earnings assessments and working capital analysis for lower middle-market transactions across the United States and internationally.
Community Involvement
When not in the office, Justin may be found running and hiking in Portland and Hillsboro or at a church event.
