Background

A native of the Columbia Gorge, Kassandra’s professional journey began at age 14, where she quickly rose through the ranks to supervisor and management positions in the demanding food and beverage industry. In 2015, life circumstances prompted a swift pivot to a new professional path.

 Kassandra earned her Associate’s degree from Columbia Gorge Community College, where she was inducted into Phi Theta Kappa. She continued her education at Portland State University, graduating in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance.

 Kassandra joined the firm in 2020 and now specializes in Partnerships, with a particular focus in the Real Estate Industry. Her early career experiences instilled a strong sense of resilience and a collaborative, team-focused mindset, qualities she effectively applies in her interactions with both colleagues and clients.
