Background

After starting her professional life in the private sector, Kathy joined Geffen Mesher in the late 1990s. She provides audit and accounting services to clients in a variety of industries, including professional services, manufacturing and distribution, and construction. “I gain satisfaction from the long-term relationships I have developed with clients over the years and enjoy working with clients to help them grow their businesses.” Kathy works frequently with architecture and engineering firms and helped start the firm’s FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) audit practice. In addition, she leads the firm’s employee benefit plan audit practice.

Kathy is very involved in the community and currently volunteers as a board member on the Girl Scouts of Oregon and SW Washington, Northwest Pilot Project, and the Tualatin Soccer Club. A native Oregonian, Kathy doesn’t mind slogging through the rain during youth soccer practices—both her son and daughter play—or while running half marathons.
