Background

Mariana grew up in Bulgaria, receiving her bachelor’s degree in education and Master of Geography. She has been a Geography and History teacher in high school for many years. In the USA, she had chosen a second career. She graduated from Chatham University (Pittsburgh, PA) with a bachelor’s degree in business administration majoring in Accounting and a Master’s in Accounting. Also, she received an Enrolled Agent certificate.

With over 15 years of experience, Mariana has worked at large CPA firms like BDO USA and KPMG. At KPMG, she thrived as a tax manager in the Private Enterprise Group, managing multiple client engagements and providing high-level but personalized tax services. In July 2022, she became a Senior Tax Manager at Geffen Mesher, focusing on the Private Client Service Group, managing tax returns for high net-worth individuals, gift tax returns, trust returns, and business returns.
