Background

Solomon began his career in accounting after completing his BS in Corporate Finance, and his MTax (Taxation) degrees from the University of Akron in 2016, before making his way West. After joining Geffen Mesher in 2021he began servicing a diverse array of clients in the Manufacturing, Venture Capital, Life Science, and Financial Services industries.

His specializations include Flow Through Entity Taxation, Corporate Entity Taxation, Partnership Special Allocations, Section 1202 and 1244 QSBS Stock, and Carried Interest.

In his spare time he enjoys tending to his plants, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new restaurants, live entertainment and sporting events in the city.
