Steve is a thought leader with over 25 years’ experience leading impactful process transformations and continuous improvement initiatives in complex, high-stakes environments. His career has been defined by helping organizations simplify complex goals and building dependable processes that can be scaled easily, ultimately making work uncomplicated for staff and clients.

His approach to leadership is rooted in collaboration and education. He enjoys the work of deeply understanding all roles on a team, how they contribute to the organization, and exploring together how to elevate productivity and growth.

As the Transformation Director for Geffen Mesher, he champions organizational health and continuous improvement that builds the capacity for the firm to achieve greater effectiveness by developing, improving, and reinforcing strategies, structures, and processes. He plays a pivotal role in identifying opportunities that benefit the business.

Prior to joining Geffen Mesher, Steve served in similar director and senior director-level roles at KPMG, PwC, and EcoEngineers. His accomplishments include improving employee and client experiences, developing and supporting process optimization structures, and the management of cross-functional teams.

An alumnus of California State Polytechnic University – Pomona, Steve has a curious spirit that extends to his love of global travel and exploring the world’s oceans and waterways by boat. He is also a music lover and appreciates interpretations of traditional Irish and Northumbrian music.
