Background

Yulan joined Geffen Mesher in 2021. She primarily works with clients in the manufacturing and auto dealership industries, helping them stay on top of tax compliance and strategic planning for corporations, partnerships, S corporations, and individuals.

She also has a strong background in U.S. international tax reporting, particularly for businesses with Controlled Foreign Corporations (CFCs).

 Yulan earned her accounting degree from Portland State University and is a licensed CPA. She’s a member of the AICPA and the Oregon Society of CPAs. While her current role is focused on compliance and planning, Yulan is committed to continually growing her expertise in both domestic and international taxation.
